A bond clean is not the same as a normal house clean. Property managers work from a detailed exit condition report, and they check the spots most people forget: inside the oven, the window tracks, the tops of doors, the range hood filters and the marks behind furniture.
We clean to that report. Our team works through a room-by-room checklist so nothing gets missed, then we do a final walk-through before we leave. If your agent still flags something that was part of the clean, we come back and fix it at no extra cost.
Everything above is standard in a bond clean. These extras are quoted separately if your lease or agent asks for them.
